高溫緩蝕劑(SD-GH)

一、產品簡介

溫度高于230℃時，硫及環烷酸產生化學腐蝕。硫與Fe作用形成FeS，形成的FeS附著在金屬表面形成保護膜，可以防止硫進一步腐蝕，當體系中存在環烷酸時，環烷酸與鐵發生化學反應，形成具有表面活性的環烷酸鐵，可以將FeS膜溶解下來，促進了硫的進一步腐蝕。當腐蝕環境中二者并存時，腐蝕會更劇烈。SD-GH型高溫緩蝕劑是針對含硫、含酸原油的高溫腐蝕機理，結合裝置的工藝條件研制而成的，該劑具有金屬表面改性作用，在金屬表面形成一層穩定、致密的化學膜，從而阻止硫、環烷酸對金屬的侵蝕，達到控制高溫硫-環烷酸腐蝕的作用。
